DOCOMO interTouch, one of the world’s largest hotel technology providers today announced it entered into a strategic partnership with Uniguest, a provider of self service technology and specialized services and PrinterOn, a provider of world leading mobile printing solutions.
The partnership will make DOCOMO interTouch the largest distributor of both Uniguest and PrinterOn solutions globally for the lodging, restaurant and healthcare outside of the US.

DCMI will offer the Business Center solution from Uniguest, which are a best of breed set of applications to remotely manage and secure PC or Mac computers for Guest usage in the business center, lobby or front desk. Business Center solutions offer the following features;
- PC or Mac platform
- Internet Email, MS Office apps
- Branded dashboards designed to satisfy guest information needs
- Remote printing (documents, boarding pass, maps, etc.)
- Easy access to guest social media
- Secured Advantage™ – Session cleaning security software
- Approved and preferred vendor for multiple major Hotel brands
The Business Centre solution is the first step of the cooperation between the two companies; more products such as Uniguest’s Flight Information and E-Concierge will be released later during the year.

DCMI will offer PrinterOn’s Guest online printing service which gives guests the power to print documents from laptops, tablets and smartphones, to designated printers at the front desk or business center, without having to download printer drivers or connect to your network. Guests can print by emailing documents to a printer’s unique email address, uploading documents to a web printing portal via URL, or by using one of the mobile printing apps available for BlackBerry, iOS and Android devices, whichever method is suitable for them.

As part of the agreement, Uniguest and PrinterOn will take advantage of DCMi’s global Customer service center, Network Operations center and in country maintenance network to better service their current customer base outside of North America.
FREEDOM Business Center – powered by Uniguest and FREEDOM Print – powered by PrinterOn will be commercially available from April 2012.
