PrinterOn library printing solutions are now available at Garfield County Libraries in Colorado. Patrons can now send print jobs wirelessly from laptops or mobile devices to one of the library printers without having to log on to a library computer. And, you can do it from anywhere you have access to the Internet, even if you don’t have a library card.
“We are excited to offer this service to Garfield County residents and visitors to our area. As our world becomes more efficient, we want you to have the tools to work efficiently, too.”
If you want to print from your smartphone or tablet you can also download the PrinterOn mobile printing apps and print from your iOS or Android device. Costs for wireless printing are the same as regular printing at the library: 15 cents per page for black and white and 50 cents per page for color. You can print single or double-sided and on letter- or legal-sized paper. After you send your print job to the printer, you have 24 hours to come in and pay for your print job and retrieve it. Print jobs include: photos, Word documents, PDF files, and more. You can even print web pages by entering the web address into the web printing portal.
